Senior Software Quality Assurance Expert

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our testing efforts and ensure the high quality of our e-commerce operations.
This role involves reviewing technical specifications, creating test strategies, and proposing improvements to our testing infrastructure and automation processes.
- Reviewing technical specifications and creating test plans
- Proposing enhancements to test systems and processes to improve quality or speed of testing
- Conducting user acceptance and exploratory testing
- Developing automated functional and performance tests
- Identifying test gaps and improving test frameworks
- Performing manual testing of new features and bug fixes
- Identifying and root-causing issues in complex systems
- OWNING the end-to-end testing of integrated services
- Proposing design changes to increase testability
- Issue triaging and stakeholder engagement
- Guiding teams on testing best practices and coordinating test coverage across unit, integration, and contract testing
You'll be working closely with our cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and designers. As a senior member of our QA team, your opinion and ideas will be valued and respected.
We're looking for someone with 3-5+ years of experience in a senior software quality assurance capacity, with expertise in Typescript, API testing frameworks, and YAML-based pipelines. If you're passionate about improving quality and have a strong understanding of test execution in CICD, we'd love to hear from you
