Senior Quality Manager Position

This is a remote role for a Senior Quality Manager to oversee and track internal quality assurance projects and initiatives across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will coordinate and drive execution for cross-team initiatives that require tight collaboration.

The successful candidate will work closely with the quality management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and remove blockers. They will establish lightweight processes and rituals to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.

As a Senior Quality Manager, the candidate will actively utilize AI-powered tools to automate updates, streamline status reporting, and manage project artifacts. They will serve as the point of contact for planning and communicating key deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset and attention to detail, with experience using AI tools to improve workflow and task management.

The job also involves facilitating retrospective and continuous improvement discussions to strengthen project execution. The Senior Quality Manager will support leadership with insights and metrics for decision-making and prioritization.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and track internal quality assurance projects and initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate and drive execution for cross-team initiatives that require tight collaboration.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a quality assurance or engineering environment.
  • Background in quality assurance, test automation, or engineering.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or others) to improve workflow and task management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in a pod-based or matrixed organizational structure.
  • Exposure to AdTech, Data Engineering, or Cloud Platforms.
