We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Executive Assistant/Social Media Manager at MOVE Your Biz. This position will involve providing executive-level administrative support while implementing and executing our client's social media strategy.

About the Role
  • Manage and organize the client's inbox, including responding to messages on their behalf when necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments in the client's calendar, ensuring all commitments are met.
  • Implement and support the client's LinkedIn strategy, as well as manage content on other social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook as required.
Responsibilities
  • Inbox Management: Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and events with precision and attention to detail.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the client's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
