We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our top executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving efficiency in our fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level support to our CEO and COO, prioritizing tasks and managing schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate expertise in note-taking and task management, utilizing software to enhance productivity.
  • Foster strong relationships with various teams, maintaining clear communication and timely updates.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently deliver results.
  • Showcase exceptional verbal and written communication skills, drafting and managing communications with team members.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to leverage AI tools, enhancing business operations and decision-making.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting high-level executives.
  • Proficiency in office technologies, including MS Office, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Experience in startup or tech environments is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Able to multitask, problem-solve, and negotiate effectively, with a willingness to learn new things.
  • Comfortable working in U.S. time zones and familiar with remote work and virtual team collaboration.
