Job Overview

A Key Account Manager at Intrepid Asia plays a critical role in driving business growth and client satisfaction.

This individual is responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize content management, campaign execution, chat response representation, operations capacity, and revenue trends for brand/seller partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategies to drive online sales revenue and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Fostering positive client relationships through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Designing sales growth proposals, handling client communications, and preparing regular reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Ensuring client needs are met and their voices are heard through active listening and issue resolution.
  • Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, as measured by positive Net Promoter Scores.
