Key Account Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Development Manager to join our team at ZUZU Hospitality. This role will be responsible for managing and nurturing a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring that our clients continuously see the value in our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client-related matters
- Nurture and maintain client relationships
- Lead negotiations to ensure win-win solutions for both parties
- Understand the ins and outs of our clients and provide solutions that will aid in maximizing their revenue
- Provide timely communication to internal and external stakeholders on the progress of accounts
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales Managers and Revenue Managers to understand strategies that have been deployed and to also communicate our client needs
- Drive initiatives internally that would be able to provide more value for our clients
