Job Opportunity
">This is a dynamic role that merges client management, solution delivery, and business growth. As an Account Executive, you will facilitate clients from implementation through ongoing success while handling ad hoc tasks that support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed.
- Analyse client operations and recommend solutions tailored to their goals.
- Deliver projects, lead training sessions, and support successful adoption of solutions.
- Build long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts.
- Resolve issues promptly and work with internal teams to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor product usage, gather feedback, and share insights with the product team.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics experience a plus).
- Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with international clients.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Contribute to the development of strategic partnerships.
