Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled project secretary to play a vital role in the success of our construction projects. As the key liaison between architects, expediters, drafters, and other professionals, you will be responsible for ensuring that multiple projects move forward smoothly.
This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. If you have experience in the construction industry and a passion for project management, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:- Follow up with architects, drafters, and expediters to ensure project milestones are met
- Coordinate and monitor project filings, permits, and approval processes
- Maintain project timelines and ensure documentation is up-to-date
- Serve as the main point of contact for various project stakeholders
- Anticipate potential project delays and proactively address them
- Track progress of multiple projects simultaneously and report regularly
- Proven experience as a Construction Secretary, Project Manager, or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of construction processes and terminology
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines independently
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
