Real Asset Specialist

As a member of our real estate performance analytics team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to asset managers and owners across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and analyze various news sources and third-party data providers for commercial real estate transactions
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and/or funds, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Respond to client queries related to funds, analyzing and resolving issues according to established methodologies
  • Deliver bespoke analysis and insights to clients as requested
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fundamental knowledge in accounting and finance is essential
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with skills in VBA and Python programming desirable
