Real Estate Performance Analyst

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in providing real estate direct property indexes, benchmarks, and performance analysis reports to global asset managers and owners.

  • Track and monitor various news sources and third-party data providers for commercial Real Estate transactions.
  • Manage client portfolios and funds.
  • Address client queries related to funds, analyze, and amend in accordance with data methodologies.
  • Provide bespoke analysis upon request.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and local market teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fundamental knowledge in accounting and finance is mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel skills (required) and knowledge of VBA/Python skills (desirable).
