We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Analyst to support our client's investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on real estate databases for comparable data and analyze the findings in detail.
  • Assess real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments.
  • Develop comprehensive financial models to evaluate property performance and returns.
  • Research market trends and gather property data to inform analysis.
  • Presentation of findings and recommendations to leadership and clients.
  • Support due diligence by reviewing leases and financial documents.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Real Estate or related fields.
  • Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; financial modeling expertise preferred.
  • Analytical mindset allowing independent thinking and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and online research tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
