Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with expertise in real estate analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis to support our client's investment decisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and creating reports to inform our client's strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on real estate markets, including analyzing property values and market trends
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Create comprehensive financial models to assess property performance and returns
  • Research and analyze market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals
  • Develop and present clear, concise reports to leadership and clients
  • Support due diligence efforts, including reviewing leases and financial documents
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Real Estate Analyst or related role
  • Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; financial modeling experience preferred
  • Independent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with filemaker pro and internet searching skills
  • Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics (e.g., cap rates, NOI, IRR)
  • Attention to detail and effective communication skills
