Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone calls to provide critical information and assistance to clients.
  • Check mail, fax, and internet mail to support customers.
  • Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
  • Answer participant questions and discuss essential information to ensure understanding.
Requirements
  • Candidates who completed college are welcome; no prior experience is required.
  • High school and senior high school graduates with BPO experience are also eligible.
  • Excellent English communication skills are essential.
  • BPO experience is advantageous but not necessary.
  • Ability to work onsite is mandatory.
  • Applicants should be located within 25 km to 35 km from the office.
