Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a warm demeanor that puts others at ease? As a Customer Relations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client experiences at our Front Desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly receives and assists customers at the lounge reception area.
  • Directs customers to meeting rooms and ensures they are met by their Relationship Manager or back-up.
  • Refers customers of other lounges to their assigned Makati Lounge service partner.
  • Ensures new private bank clients walking into the lounge are referred to the RM team for assistance.

Client Services Support

  • Handles room reservations for meetings and center events.
  • Manages hold mail custodian services, distributing mail to customers upon request.
  • Coordinates birthday and Christmas gifts for the Center.

Center Operations Support

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for Compliance, user testing, and marketing events.
  • Assists the Center Head with business operations and projects, including general housekeeping and data consolidation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, banking, or sales.
  • Prior experience in a financial institution is highly preferred but not required.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail.
