Job Overview

This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations while also managing client billing processes across multiple countries. You will be at the center of Finance, HR, and Operations — ensuring employees are paid correctly, customers are billed accurately, and compliance is never compromised.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead payroll processing across various global jurisdictions.
  • Oversee client invoicing, revenue recognition, and billing reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure payroll and billing compliance with local, state, federal, and international laws.
  • Manage payroll queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
  • Reconcile payroll and billing with general ledger, taxes, and benefits contributions.
  • Oversee payroll and billing systems, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Work closely with Finance, HR, and Operations to align payroll and billing with accounting and business needs.
  • Prepare payroll and billing reports for leadership, audits, and compliance reviews.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of payroll and/or billing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant tax, compliance requirements, and regulations.
  • Experience managing payroll and billing across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with payroll and billing systems.
  • Excellent reconciliation, reporting, and revenue recognition skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
