Financial Operations Manager

Accounting Leadership Role: We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to manage our company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the general ledger, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and ensure they are accurate, timely, and compliant.
- Analyze accounting data, identify trends, and prepare reports summarizing the company's financial position.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Coordinate budgeting processes and forecasts and assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
- Ensure tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns for review by an external advisor.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements: Minimum seven years post-CPA qualification experience required. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification mandatory. Excellent English communication skills essential. Experience in fund administration preferred, within financial services or fund management companies. Nice to have: legal background or experience, familiarity with servicing calculators and other lending-related software.
