We are seeking an accomplished Customer Support Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, order processing, or data entry, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Providing product information, quotations, and order status updates.
- Assisting customers with technical queries and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Coordinating with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Managing customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Skills- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in customer support, order processing, or data entry.
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone and email manner.
- High attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is highly desirable.
