Job Title: Digital Creative Specialist

We're seeking a skilled and versatile Digital Creative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across various mediums.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design a wide range of deliverables, including branding, print, digital, ads, and presentations.
  2. Use AI tools to speed up ideation and improve creative output.
  3. Collaborate with designers and other team members to deliver consistent designs.
  4. Interpret client briefs and turn them into strategic creative outputs.
  5. Stay ahead of design trends and tools to enhance our service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in web and graphic design (1+ years).
  • Advanced English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing versatility and originality.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, and AI design tools.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
  • Reliable computer setup, minimum Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, 16GB RAM.
  • High-speed internet (50 Mbps+) with a backup plan.
  • Helpful attitude toward design feedback.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote team environment.
  • Willingness to undergo a paid trial work before being officially hired.
