Job Title: Creative Visual Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative visual specialist to join our team. As a Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphics that align with brand identity and client specifications.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create designs.
  • Visual Optimization: Select appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts to enhance visual appeal and readability.
  • Client Collaboration & Revision: Develop draft designs for client review and revise based on feedback.
  • Quality Assurance: Proofread and review final designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects while ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Graphic Design Virtual Assistance, focused on creating visual content and branding materials across various mediums.
  • Specialized in Web Design, Print Design, Branding, Digital Illustration, Client Revision, Design Project Management.
  • Focus Areas: Creating diverse graphic assets for digital and print platforms, utilizing industry-standard design software, ensuring visual appeal and readability, managing the design process from concept development to final approval and delivery, collaborating closely with clients to meet design specifications and incorporate feedback.
Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in using Adobe products.
  • Excellent photo editing skills.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • With good character and willing to work under tight deadlines is a plus.
  • With a minimum of one year of relevant graphic design experience.
  • Available for full-time work.

  • Storage: Minimum of 112 GB.
  • Internet Speed: At least 20 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.

  • Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent.
  • RAM: Minimum 4 GB.
  • Storage: Minimum of 112 GB.
  • Internet Speed: At least 10 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
