Senior Construction Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization in the real estate sector with a proven track record of success and growth.

The role requires a strong leader who can oversee construction activities across various projects nationwide, ensuring timely completion within scope and quality standards.

  • Develop and implement construction strategies, resource plans, and procurement procedures.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for construction processes and quality assurance.
  • Lead the performance management and professional development of project engineers, site managers, and construction teams.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure operational alignment and cost efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, is also necessary.

A proven track record of managing multiple, simultaneous mid- to large-scale projects, deep understanding of construction methodologies, cost control, contract management, and safety regulations are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction activities across all active and upcoming projects nationwide.
  • Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate risks.
