The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and leading People Operations teams, with expertise in service delivery, contact centers, and people tools.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a global team of PAE specialists and talent coordinators.
- Implement and optimize people systems and processes to support a rapidly growing workforce.
- Drive strategic goals, managing all aspects of people platform systems.
- Collaborate with the SOX, FedRamp/Security teams on quarterly and annual audits.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business, including key metrics, growth drivers, and the 3-year strategy.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, fostering proactive relationships across the organization.
- Proven experience in building and leading People Operations teams.
- Natural leadership skills with a coaching and mentoring style.
- A self-directed leader with a track record of building the People function in a rapidly growing company.
- A receptive attitude towards feedback, encouraging continuous testing and iteration within the team.
- Data-driven approach to program development from initiation to completion.
- Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement people strategies that achieve business objectives.
