Real Estate Bookkeeper Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional with expertise in property financial management to oversee the day-to-day bookkeeping tasks of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize AppFolio to manage daily bookkeeping activities for multiple properties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze and prepare financial reports and statements, highlighting key trends and areas of improvement.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, as well as tenant billing, with utmost efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for tenants and owners, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support budget preparation and forecasting efforts by analyzing financial data and providing actionable insights.
  • Stay informed about tax laws and regulations, ensuring adherence and minimizing potential risks.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using AppFolio effectively, with a strong understanding of real estate accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
