Job Overview

The Analyst, Commercial Mortgages plays a vital role in supporting the Collateral Surveillance function within a commercial mortgage portfolio.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collection of Financial Statements and Rent Roll Data
  • Processing of Operating Statements and Rent Roll Documents
  • Site Inspections for Verification Purposes

Administrative Tasks on a Weekly Rotation Basis

  • Managing Daily Workload to Meet Deadlines
  • Tracking and Recording Borrower Financial Statements
  • Document Review for Completeness and Accuracy
  • Communicating with Borrowers or Correspondents for Clarification
  • Updating Master Sheets on a Daily Basis
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Related Field
  • Experience in Real Estate Finance, Credit Analysis, or Mortgage Environment is an Asset
  • Ability to Interpret and Analyze Financial Statements, Budgets, and Cash Flows
  • Attention to Detail and Ability to Work Independently
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and SharePoint, as well as Experience with Database Applications
