We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Portfolio Support Specialist to assist the Property Manager in scheduling, task tracking, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, take initiative, and communicate effectively with internal teams, tenants, and vendors.
