Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and technical assistance to our customers. This pivotal role will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and accurate resolutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing real-time support through tickets and calls to troubleshoot customer issues with empathy and clarity.
  • Handling incoming phone calls to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Addressing a wide range of technical issues, including hardware setup, software functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of technical support experience.
  • Previous experience troubleshooting hardware and software remotely is required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a clear, concise manner.

Key Requirements
  • Familiarity with Zendesk support ticketing systems.
  • Background in photography, software, or event-related technology is beneficial.
  • Proactive and resourceful in identifying solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a remote team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries while maintaining quality.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer challenges.
