Job Overview

A high-level technical support engineer is required to provide expert assistance and guidance to customers across various product platforms.

This role involves working in a fast-paced, remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and resolving complex technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support for global customers on mobile device management (MDM) and unified endpoint management (UEM) platforms
  • Identify and troubleshoot root causes of complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve product-related matters and develop knowledge base articles
  • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support for enterprise software or SaaS products
  • Strong expertise with VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, or IBM MaaS360
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, and Salesforce
