This role involves providing top-notch administrative and technical support to a successful entrepreneur.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage speaking engagements from inquiry to completion, including drafting quotes and handling logistics.
- Coordinate a busy calendar with meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Offer technical assistance with automation tools, CRM systems, and AI workflows. Proficiency in Zoom and Calendly is essential, including webinars, breakout rooms, and troubleshooting.
- Support leadership and women's intuition programs twice per year with preparation and logistics.
- Handle email correspondence and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Draft, send, and track invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, independent, and strongly aligned with the company's core values of anti-racism, social justice, and decolonization.
