Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Systems Support Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth onboarding/offboarding of users, maintaining IT system efficiency, and providing technical support across our network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Google Workspace user onboarding and offboarding, assisting with administration of core tech systems, advising and optimising technology for our business, and gaining valuable experience in real estate technology while enhancing user experience and system performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Google Workspace Administration:
    • Manage Google Workspace user onboarding and offboarding.
    • Ensure data quality and compliance.
    • Setup and backup Google Workspace & Gmail accounts.
    • Provide guidance on account configuration and storage.
    • Keep the team updated on Google enhancements.
  • Tech Stack Support:
    • Support and manage core technology products, including:
      • Security tools (e.g., Keeper)
      • Google Workspace Products
      • DialPad
      • Happeo
      • Property Data Platforms
      • Support Desk
    • Administer and enhance support desk performance.
    • Follow support desk processes and escalate to OSH when needed.
    • Ensure SLA compliance by resolving tickets promptly.
  • Networking Onshore (Head Office):
    • Troubleshoot technology issues at Head Office.
    • Escalate to suppliers when required.
    • Remote Desktop Support
    • Support desktop issues for Head Office & Franchisees via support desk.
  • V Various Projects:
    • Assist in planning, executing, and coordinating projects.
    • Support Google integrations with other systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Key Competencies:
    • Basic understanding of IT security principles.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to support both onsite and remote users.
    • Strong organisational and documentation skills.
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Proven experience with Google Workspace administration (including Gmail setup, data backup, and storage configuration).
    • Hands-on experience with technical support/help desk operations.
    • Familiarity with tools such as DialPad, Keeper, and Happeo is a plus.
