Job Title: Senior VoIP Systems Specialist

White Label Communications LLC seeks a skilled Senior VoIP Systems Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing large-scale VoIP systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage VoIP systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration files, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of VoIP systems with other company systems.
  • Perform ongoing monitoring and maintenance of VoIP systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to VoIP systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Three or more years of experience in VoIP systems administration, including design, implementation, and management.
  • Deep understanding of SIP/RTP protocols and related software platforms.
  • Experience with Linux systems administration, including shell scripting and automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
