We are seeking an experienced Proposal Writer & AI Content Specialist to join our organization. The primary responsibility is to manage proposals generated by AI — reviewing, refining, and humanizing them to ensure they are compelling, accurate, and client-ready.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and refine AI-generated proposals, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a human touch.
  • Humanize and edit content to align with client tone, brand, and requirements.
  • Incorporate AI automation tools to improve efficiency in content creation and proposal workflows.
  • Develop creative and persuasive proposal content that resonates with clients.
  • Set up and maintain automation systems to streamline proposal and communication processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect client needs and project goals.
  • Manage and oversee the proposal management lifecycle, providing project management oversight to ensure alignment with objectives and successful delivery.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in proposal writing.
  • Experience overseeing the proposal management lifecycle with project management oversight is a plus.
  • Experience in using AI writing tools and automation platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate technical or AI-generated content into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
Benefits

Rate: PHP 35,000 per month - slightly negotiable
