Facilities Operations Professional
- The primary responsibility of the Facilities Operations Professional is to oversee the day-to-day monitoring, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities' systems.
- They will be responsible for coordinating with building administrators and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- The role involves managing databases related to office supplies, headsets, lockers, and ID issuance.
- They are required to issue company assets to employees and provide regular reporting on OPEX and CAPEX.
- The Facilities Operations Professional will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance.
- They must monitor security, housekeeping, and third-party service providers.
- The role requires coordination of space planning and office fit out according to evolving business needs.
- They will perform first response on issues raised and handyman works.
- The Facilities Operations Professional will regularly inspect building/sites housekeeping and check for obsolescence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in purchasing, inventory management, and asset allocation.
- Coordinate with vendors and building administrators to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (preferably licensed Engineer).
- At least 2-3 years background in Facilities Management, with 1 year from BPO industry experience and 6 months to 1 year in purchasing.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, long hours if necessary.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to coordinate with different levels in the organization and vendors.
