Job Overview

This role involves monitoring site facilities to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures. Key responsibilities include coordinating facility operations, maintenance, and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure site facilities are maintained in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Prepare and update reports on facility operations and maintenance.
  • Apply working knowledge of accounting principles to prepare summaries and reports.
  • Ensure site compliance with security policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with facility management software and systems.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment with regular interactions with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
