The Role

This Accounting Specialist position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate recognition of revenue in accordance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will bring solid accounting experience, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

  • Assist in monthly accounting close activities by preparing journal entries and performing key account reconciliations.
  • Review contracts to determine the appropriate revenue recognition under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Manage and maintain financial systems to ensure accurate revenue recognition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in SaaS revenue accounting with a focus on GAAP.
