About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, with expertise in Salesforce administration and marketing automation. They will be responsible for optimizing our technology stacks, streamlining workflows, and improving efficiency across both sales and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Systems & Tools Management: Own and manage the Salesforce setup and optimization for both Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Marketing Technology Stack Ownership: Manage and optimize ParcelHero's entire marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of all tools.
  • HubSpot & Salesforce Expertise: Serve as the primary administrator and expert for both Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Data Management & Analytics: Own all Sales and Marketing data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across systems.
  • Process Design & Optimization: Create scalable processes that support company growth and improve team efficiency across both Sales and Marketing functions.
Requirements
  • Salesforce Mastery: Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, with a proven track record of administration, configuration, and customization.
  • HubSpot Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Hubspot marketing automation platform, including workflows, lists, segmentation, lead scoring, email marketing tools, and reporting.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various systems.
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
