QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Psychology, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

  • 1 year of experience in Human Resources or administrative support, preferably in an HR department.
  • Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration is highly desirable.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
