Job Title

Risk Management Professional

This position involves the identification and monitoring of operational risks, with a focus on ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The role holder will work closely with stakeholders to address issues and provide recommendations for process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement assurance programs, conducting regular testing and evaluations to ensure effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to detect non-conformities and provide actionable recommendations for timely remediation.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports and feedback for internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to training initiatives and process enhancements, as well as managing ad-hoc reporting and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Risk, Business Administration, or related field, with 3-5 years of experience in operational risk, assurance, or internal controls.
  • Strong grasp of risk management principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage projects, and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with a detail-oriented and improvement-driven mindset.
  • High integrity, team-oriented, proactive, and fluent in English.
