As a key member of our home care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our scheduling process.

Job Description

You will be responsible for managing caregiver schedules across multiple counties, responding promptly to any changes or cancellations, and communicating effectively with clients and caregivers through our VoIP system.

You will also be tasked with updating records and case notes in WellSky, working closely with our operations team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, and conducting regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers to ensure they are meeting our high standards.

In addition, you will be responsible for generating weekly reports to keep our leadership informed about staffing levels and any areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in scheduling or a related field is essential
  • You must be calm under pressure and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet are crucial
  • Proficiency in software systems and remote communication is required
  • You must be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and become a trusted partner they can rely on
  • You should be a self-motivated individual who is comfortable taking initiative but also knows when to collaborate with others
  • Technical requirements include:
  • A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
  • A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source
  • A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM
