The Role: Scheduler - EA Experience

You will manage caregiver schedules, communicate changes, and ensure both caregivers and clients are informed and supported.

  • Caregiver Scheduling: Build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
  • Communication: Respond quickly when someone cancels a shift or doesn't clock in.
  • Client Support: Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system.
  • Record Keeping: Update records and case notes in WellSky.
  • Collaboration: Work with the ops team to flag issues and maintain smooth staffing.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers. Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed.
