
Business Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our operational team, you will play a vital role in streamlining various business processes and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, as well as updating and maintaining employee documents and records in multiple systems.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with benefits administration, managing shipping and receiving for international locations, performing basic IT support, planning and executing team events, and maintaining and tracking budgets.
To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional organizational and administrative skills, with a proven ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles, with a strong background in high-volume administrative responsibility. Some IT experience is also desirable.
