The Account Executive role is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving mid-market engagements in the Financial Services vertical.
Responsibilities- Become an expert on our services and develop a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Sell new hosted VoIP platforms, call management services, and IP hardware to customers across the US and Canada.
- Closedeals involving multiple executive level stakeholders across the US and Canada.
- Develop a strong understanding of internal systems, sales methodologies, and processes.
- Manage pipeline, sales activity, and accurately forecast sales performance.
- Minimum 5 years of technology solution-based selling experience (SaaS, UCaaS, Cloud applications, and VoIP).
- Demonstrated sales record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota targets.
- Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, and adopting a measured sales process.
- Proven success in prospecting, engaging, and acquiring mid-market and enterprise-level customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others.
- Able to learn and adapt quickly, with a vibrant and energetic attitude.
- BS degree or equivalent, with continued training and education preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
