Lead Generation Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding our outreach across key industries including hospitality, industrial healthcare, retail, and construction.

Job Description:

  • Conduct research and data mining to identify prospect lists across our core services: construction, project management, and site acquisition.
  • Engage with high-level stakeholders through professional communication channels.
  • Develop personalized outreach campaigns and nurture relationships to move leads through the pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or client outreach, preferably within the construction, project management, or real estate industries.
  • Strong background in conducting targeted research, data mining, and building prospect pipelines across various sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior-level executives via professional communication channels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of crafting personalized outreach campaigns and nurturing relationships.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to qualify and transfer leads effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms for data entry, tracking communications, updating lead statuses, and generating performance reports.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with ability to monitor industry trends and contribute to ongoing outreach optimization.
