Strategic Credit Leader

The Credit Risk Lead is responsible for overseeing and implementing an effective underwriting and loan approval process for unsecured consumer loan products. This includes credit cards and personal loans, in compliance with existing credit parameters and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the latest economic and industry trends to inform lending decisions.
- IDentify areas for improvement in manpower and service quality, and implement innovative solutions to meet business goals and client needs.
- Maintain a high level of achievement in key performance indicators, including portfolio default rates, return on assets, and turnaround times.
- Promote a culture of teamwork and motivate direct reports to deliver results effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in credit evaluation and operations leadership.
- Strong analytical, people management, and risk management skills.
