Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing trends in revenue, sales, and operational costs to enhance profitability. You will work closely with teams to develop strategies that improve financial performance and align with company objectives.

By offering data-driven recommendations, you will ensure the organization remains agile and informed. Additionally, you will work on projects and performance management initiatives to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support business performance by providing data-driven insights that aid in decision making and strategic initiatives.
  • Track and report on key project milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators (KPI) in support of the Head of Operations and Performance.
  • Analyze sales and marketing reports to suggest strategies for improving business performance.
  • Perform strategic analysis and prepare financial models to support strategic planning activities.
  • Work closely with commercial managers and other commercial team members to provide data-backed recommendations to clients to support effective decision making.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to streamline efforts and improve financial performance.
  • Provide input in budgeting and forecasting for sales, marketing, and business planning to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Evaluate and assess new investment opportunities to assist management in investment decisions.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or similar field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business/Commercial Analyst or Commercial roles.
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills, investigative skills, and knowledge of commercial statement analysis.
  • Ability to understand and apply statistical concepts to derive insights from financial data.
  • Experience with business intelligence, process management, and CRM tools.
