  • Assists players by fulfilling and extending service for all preparation from pre-arrival to arrival, the moment of arrival, in-house period till departure.
  • Extends assistance and establishes a warm rapport with player family/friends.
  • Anticipates customers' needs and problems in Solaire VIP Club and acts effectively, patiently, and willingly.
  • Maintains policies and procedures that ensure guest complimentary services are issued in accordance with guidelines and system of internal controls.
  • Provides information about facilities, entertainment, and benefits of Solaire Resort.
  • Identifies good and regular customers and provides a high standard of customer service in order to generate repeated visits by customers.
  • Identifies, builds, and manages player database for new players.
  • Effectively carries out all tasks given by Superiors.
  • Maintains the highest confidentiality for all patron information.
  • Liaises with events team and Solaire retails for CV conversion to Solaire Peso.
  • Monitors and engages in relevant casino promotions and events.
  • Invites and encourages potential players to participate in all promotions, events, tournaments, and offers.
  • Recruits new high-end players through various activities such as direct mail, telemarketing, referrals, guest visitation, and on and offsite functions.
Requirements
  • Well-versed in foreign languages (i.e., Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, etc.).
  • Independent, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work varied hours/days including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent marketing and player development skills.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, marketing, and problem-solving skills.
