Job Title: Premium Services Host

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated host to provide exceptional service to our gaming customers.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all VIP guests have an outstanding experience at our venue.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, providing them with a warm welcome and explaining the facilities available.
  • Be knowledgeable about the various games and promotions we offer, able to make recommendations and answer any questions guests may have.
  • Ensure that all guests feel valued and appreciated, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure that all events and promotions run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop strong relationships with regular guests, understanding their preferences and tailoring the service to meet their individual needs.
  • Conduct regular checks of the gaming floor to ensure that all areas are clean and tidy, and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall guest experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong knowledge of the gaming industry and its regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a casino environment.
