Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Employee Experience Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong customer service orientation, and a passion for HR and People Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of empathic and customer service-focused experience for employees.

  • Provide high-level customer service and assist with employee inquiries, delivering innovative solutions.
HR Administration

  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests and maintaining personnel records.

  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in HRIS software.

  • Manage employee data in HRIS while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Systems, Automation & Reporting

  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.

  • Ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding people policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with HRIS platforms is preferred.

This role will be working remotely and on a fixed term contract.
