
Employee Experience Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Employee Experience Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong customer service orientation, and a passion for HR and People Experience.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of empathic and customer service-focused experience for employees.
- Provide high-level customer service and assist with employee inquiries, delivering innovative solutions.
Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests and maintaining personnel records.
Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in HRIS software.
Manage employee data in HRIS while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
- Ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding people policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with HRIS platforms is preferred.
This role will be working remotely and on a fixed term contract.
