Job Title: Vendor Governance and Outsourcing Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Vendor Governance and Outsourcing Analyst. This role is responsible for maintaining and updating central repositories, ensuring data completeness and consistency across all regulatory data fields.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in outsourcing governance, third-party risk management, or regulatory compliance within a financial services or regulated environment. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MaRisk, EBA Guidelines, SSNF, and MAS outsourcing regulations would be advantageous.

As a key member of our team, the Vendor Governance and Outsourcing Analyst will work towards automating data collection to improve efficiency, reduce manual outreach to Service Relationship Owners (SROs), and implement control checks to validate the accuracy and integrity of data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in outsourcing governance, third-party risk management, or regulatory compliance within a financial services or regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MaRisk, EBA Guidelines, SSNF, and MAS outsourcing regulations.
  • Ability to manage data processes, ensure data integrity, and implement automation tools to drive efficiencies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders, legal entities, and regulatory bodies.
