Finance Operations Associate Job

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and operational backbone of our Web3 business.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid finance or accounting background and a strong knowledge of digital assets. You must be fluent in English and comfortable working in an international, remote environment.

  • Record and reconcile crypto and fiat transactions across wallets, exchanges, and systems.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers for token distributions, vesting, staking, and treasury activity.
  • Coordinate with accounting and audit partners for reporting and compliance.
  • Monitor and manage digital asset holdings via Fireblocks, Integral, and other tools.
  • Conduct regular valuation and reporting on assets such as PLMS, USDC, ETH, and NFTs.
  • Track exposure, performance, and maintain historical records.
  • Prepare documentation and liaise with auditors during reviews.
  • Issue and track crypto and fiat invoices, maintain proper records.
  • Ensure compliance and financial documentation are up to date.
  • Coordinate filings and documents with banks, partners, and corporate service providers.
  • Manage legal documents such as NDAs, agreements, and resolutions.
  • Maintain internal record-keeping and compliance documentation.
  • Document and improve finance, legal, and admin workflows.
  • Support smooth day-to-day operations across departments and external advisors.

To succeed in this role, you should have 2–5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or operations, preferably with crypto/Web3 exposure. Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain finance, and reconciliations is essential.

You must also have excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills, as well as fluency in English communication.

A solid understanding of Fireblocks, Integral, CoinTracking, or similar tools is also required.
