Key Job Details

The ideal candidate will lead product growth operations, developing and executing strategies to grow and retain a global user base across Web3 products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop operational strategies across all lifecycle stages: pre-launch, launch, and post-launch.
  • Design and manage user operations systems with segmentation strategies to boost in-app activity, engagement, and retention.
  • Track emerging trends and competitor activities in the Web3 market.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics, analyze data for insights, and optimize strategies through iterative experimentation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Community teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in product operations, growth, or similar roles with ownership from strategy to execution – ideally in Web3, tech, or SaaS.

Deep understanding and genuine interest in the Web3 space; experience in contributing to or scaling Web3 projects is a big plus.

Skillful in identifying and meeting user needs; experienced in designing and running user operations strategies in decentralized ecosystems.

Able to define and track key metrics, uncover actionable insights, and continuously refine operational tactics.

Possess strong problem-solving skills, able to think critically and make informed decisions.
