We are seeking a skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial administration, including invoicing, transaction recording, and stakeholder communication. They will be responsible for issuing accurate invoices, ensuring proper recording of transactions, handling queries effectively, and providing day-to-day support to the finance team.

  • Issue timely and accurate invoices for different business units.
  • Ensure accurate recording of transactions in our financial systems.
  • Handle internal and external stakeholder queries effectively.
  • Provide daily support to the Credit Controller and wider finance team.
  • Assist in preparing documents and schedules for internal stakeholders and auditors.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, or Management Accounting.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
